The weretiger stronghold is a ranch on the outskirts of the city--. The "Asuro Solem Ambush Ranch" (ASA) in the room locations pulldowns. The actual main house has been modernized and renovated a few times over but the grounds itself have been in the Lacuna family (Coltham Lacuna's family) for generations. The ranch is specialized in thoroughbred house breeding. Acres of land surrounding the property are owned by the Ambush. Within short walking distance of the actual modern ranch house are the grounds of the ranch-- where horses and a other livestock are trained, bred and kept.
"Elayne Shaw Park" (ESP) is a thoroughbred horse racing track and facility owned by the ambush. Previously owned by the Shaw family (Melanie Shaw's family) via shareholder majority, the park is now under control of the ambush. It serves as a headquarters and is a hub of activity and dealings for the group. It's obviously also a source of income for the ambush and provides influence within the city.
